Contracting
Our work is delivered by contract, through international competitive procurement led by multilateral financing institutions. We also support larger bilateral agencies through their standard procurement frameworks.
Mandate flow
Many mandates begin as third-party assurance. In some cases, clients extend scope to time-bound advisory support, leveraging the same evidence base and operating context.
Independence
We do not allocate funding, recommend allocations, or act as a pass-through for public finance. We deliver contracted services and maintain independence through scoped mandates, documentation standards, and conflicts controls.
Sovereign Advisory
Abyrint is a specialized advisory practice dedicated to strengthening financial governance in fragile states. We provide rapid-response technical expertise to Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, Ministries of Defense, and Treasury departments.
Principal-Led Model
We operate a senior-expert model. Unlike traditional contractors, we deploy small, high-level teams to resolve systemic fiduciary failures. This allows for rapid deployment and immediate technical integration without learning curves.
